Biometric Login leverages Apple’s Touch ID/Face ID technology to authenticate your identity to access your EBSI account. Neither EBSI GO nor EBSI stores your biometric information during the authentication process. To prevent unauthorized third parties from enabling Biometric Login, you will have to enter a One-Time PIN which is sent to your registered mobile phone number during the activation process. To disable the trading password function:
1. After logged-in with dual authentication, select ""Disable Trading Password Function"" in the account management.
2. Tap the box and click Confirm again.
3. A message ""Disable of Trading Password Function is effective"" will pop up and you will be logged out from the system. You will also receive a confirmation email and SMS. The change will be effective on next login.
