Which trading market does EBSI GO support?

At present, EBSI GO supports trading in Hong Kong Shares, Shanghai and Shenzhen Shares, US Shares, and Warrant, as well as Currency Switching.

Do I need to enter the trading password every time when place an order?

1. If the customer chooses to enable the trading password function, you must enter the trading password at least once during the valid login time. You can enable the ""system temporarily stores trading password"" function, then you are not require to entre the trading password again.

2. If the customer chooses to disable the trading password function, then you are not require to entre the trading password when place and order.

Can I use biometric authentication to log in?

Yes. Apple devices can use Touch ID / Face ID to sign in. Android devices will use your mobile phone's default biometric authentication.

How can I enable Biometric Login?

1. After logged-in to EBSI GO and logged-in to your trading account, click on <Personal> at the bottom right corner.
2. Click <System Settings> and select <Account Security>.
3. Click <Trade Verification>.
4. Select Close <Password> and it will show Open <Biometric Verification>.

How can I disable Biometric Login?

1. After logged-in to EBSI GO and logged-in to your trading account, click on <Personal> in the bottom right corner.
2. Click <System Settings> and select <Account Security>.
3. Click <Trade Verification>.
4. Select Enable <Manual Password> to disable <Bio Authentication>.

Why was my Biometric Login disabled automatically?

Biometric login is automatically deactivated in the following cases: Account is frozen due to multiple failed login attempts or 3 failed biometric login attempts.

Can I still use password to login after enabling Biometric Login?

Yes. You can disable Biometric Login and choose to login with password to your account.

Is the Biometric Login secure?

Biometric Login leverages Apple’s Touch ID/Face ID technology to authenticate your identity to access your EBSI account. Neither EBSI GO nor EBSI stores your biometric information during the authentication process. To prevent unauthorized third parties from enabling Biometric Login, you will have to enter a One-Time PIN which is sent to your registered mobile phone number during the activation process. You may refer to Apple’s website about Touch ID and Face ID for details.

Will my biometric data be collected by Everbright Securities International?

Everbright Securities International does not collect any biometric data from you. Everbright Securities International does not collect any of your biometric data. The data is only used by the system to verify that your information is consistent with the biometric data registered on your device.

How to disable the Trading Password function?

Disable of trading password function needs to be operated on the online trading platform, while EBSI GO is not support for the setting.

To disable the trading password function:
1. After logged-in with dual authentication, select ""Disable Trading Password Function"" in the account management.
2. Tap the box and click Confirm again.
3. A message ""Disable of Trading Password Function is effective"" will pop up and you will be logged out from the system. You will also receive a confirmation email and SMS. The change will be effective on next login.

How do I check my statement in EBSI GO?

1. After logged-in to EBSI GO, select <Account> at the bottom.
2. Slide left in the middle of the selection bar and click <More> at the end.
3. Select <My Statement>.

How do I apply IPO in EBSI GO?

1. After logged-in to EBSI GO, select <Account> at the bottom.
2. Slide left in the middle of the selection bar and click <More> at the end.
3. Select <IPO>.

Why do I get an error in the region and time when logging in to my account in EBSI GO?

As the security system is related to region and time, please change the time zone setting to "Auto" in the "Time and Region" of your mobile phone settings and re log-in the EBSI GO again.

Why do I always get prompted to enter my security code when I log in to EBSI GO?

Because your mobile phone has not been registered with a secure login device. Please enter your login name and password in EBSI GO, and then select <mobile phone authentication code> to register your secure login device.

Why is there no response after clicking on the monthly statement?

Our daily and monthly statements are in PDF format. Therefore, your device may need to install a software that can read PDF files. Please search online and install the appropriate PDF Reader, then reboot your mobile phone and access EBSI GO again to view your statements.

Why does it show <Connection not available at this monent, please try again later> when I log in to EBSI GO?

This error message may be caused by unstable network, please try to switch to another network and try to log in again.

Why does EBSI GO show <Your login name and password were not correct> when I log in to EBSI GO?

It is possible that you have entered the wrong login name or password. You can choose <Forget Password> to reset your password and try again.

Why does it show <Your login has been locked > when I log in to EBSI GO?

Why there is no response or error message after I entered my username and password?

Please check the network you are using first. If you are using WIFI, then try switching to mobile data. Or switch off the EBSI GO and try to switch it on again.

I have set up a biometric login system, why does it recently show that my login name and password are incorrect?

It is possible that you have recently changed or reset your login password and your phone has not updated your new password. You can try switching off the biometric authentication feature and logged-in manually by typing in your password to turn it on again.

How do I register for the EBSI GO Two - Factor Authentication (2FA)?

1. Enter EBSI GO and click <Account> at the bottom right corner.
2. Input <Account Name> and <Password> on the login page and select <Login>.
3. Select <Mobile Phone SMS Verification> and choose <Get Verification Code>.
4. Complete the registration for Two - Factor Authentication (2FA).

How to activate a new account in EBSI GO?

2. Select <More> at the bottom of the login page.
3. Select <Activate Account>.
4. Then you can activate your new account.
