How can I access different HK shares trading accounts?

All your accounts can be accessed by the same login ID and password. To place an order, you also need one trading password only.

This one-stop system applies to accounts under the same beneficiary owner name only. For example, if you have an individual account and a joint account, you cannot use the same login and password to access both accounts.

How can I check my 'Stock Options Trader Pro' portfolio?

You can go to our trading platform and click on the 'Account Info' tab to view your:

updated position
cash balance
margin requirement
available balance / margin call

How can I check my Futures Trader Pro account summary?

You can go to account summary to view your updated position, cash balance, margin requirement, floating profit and loss, etc.

Can I check the trade history in the previous days of my Futures account?

The Trade History in the trade platform provides you with trade records covering the last three trade days, giving you expanded access to orders history.
