If using the Safari browser for Quotes Service, please turn off the "Prevent cross-site tracking". The steps are as follows:


• In tool bar, open Safari > “Preferences” , click “Privacy”
• Untick "Prevent cross-site tracking" under “Website tracking”


If you cannot use the SRTQ service in Safari for Mac or iPhone/iPad, please enable cookie before using the SRTQ service. You can reset to your previous cookie setting after the quote data is displayed properly.

Firefox

• Click on the 'Options' button in the message bar, and select 'Allowpop-up windows from this website'. Then open the trading platform again,or
• Go to 'Tools' > 'Options' > 'Content' > 'Block pop-up windows',and click 'Exceptions', and enter the address of our website and click'Allow'.

Google toolbar

• Click on the 'Blocked' button in the Google toolbar, and always allowpopups from our website , or
• Uninstall the Google toolbar (you need to close all your browsers andlogin our website again after uninstallation).

Yahoo! Companion toolbar

Chinese support is built in to Windows 2000 / XP, please enable with the following procedure:

Enable East Asian Language Support

• In the 'Start' menu, select 'Settings' and 'Control Panel';
• Double-click 'Regional and Language Options';
• Click 'Language' tab;
• Under 'Supplemental Language Support' section, check 'Install files for East Asian Languages' options and 'Apply' if it is not checked; and
• You may need your Windows installation CD. After the installation, you are able to use Chinese, Japanese and Korean.

Enable Chinese typing

• Click 'Details' under the 'Language' tab;
• In the 'Setting' tab, click 'Add'; and
• Select the appropriate Chinese input method in the 'Input Language' list.
