How can I install eMO! on Apple Watch?

eMO! will be installed on Apple Watch automatically after installing or updating to the latest version of eMO! on your iPhone.

If it has not been installed, you can install it manually via the Apple Watch app. Please make sure that you have installed the latest version of eMO! on your iPhone.

  1. Open “Apple Watch” app on your iPhone and tap “My Watch”.
  2. Scroll to “eMO!” and tap.
  3. Turn on “Show App on Apple Watch”.

What are the system requirements for using eMO! on Apple Watch?

  • Apple Watch Series 1 or later
  • WatchOS 2.0 or later
  • iPhone 5 or later

What information does the Watch app provide?

eMO! for Apple Watch lets you check any of the stocks you currently have listed in Watch List on your iPhone. It displays last price, price change, basic stock information and a graph you can toggle between days, weeks, months and year views.

How can I check stocks on Apple Watch?

  1. Press the Digital Crown (home button) to go to Home screen.
  2. Tap the eMO! icon to launch the app.
  3. Tap the stock you want to view.
  4. Scroll down to see more information.
  5. To change the stocks available in the app, add, remove or reorder them in eMO! for iPhone.

Why is there no information shown on the Watch app?

It is because your current Watch List is blank. Please add at least one of your favourite stocks to Watch List in eMO! for iPhone.

Is snapshot real-time quote service available on the Watch app?

Yes. If you have switched to real-time quote in eMO! for iPhone, you will be able to get real-time quotes on your Apple Watch.

Will the quota of snapshot real-time quotes be deducted if I use eMO! on Apple Watch?

Yes. The quota of snapshot real-time quotes will be deducted accordingly if you use real-time quotes in eMO! for iPhone and refresh the stock data in eMO! for Apple Watch. The quote quota will be deducted every time you get the latest stock data. If there are 10 stocks on your Watch List, 10 quotes will be deducted from your quota when you refresh the list on your watch.

What can I do if I do not want to use my quota of real-time quotes in eMO! for Apple Watch?

You can disable real-time quote in eMO! for Apple Watch by switching to delayed quote in eMO! for iPhone.

What type of notifications can I receive on Apple Watch?

You will be able to get order alert notifications from eMO! on your Apple Watch if you have turned on notification on both your iPhone and Apple Watch.

How can I receive notifications on Apple Watch?

To receive notifications on Apple watch, please turn on the following respective notification settings:

On iPhone

  1. Go to “Notification” under “Settings”.
  2. Scroll to “eMO!” and turn on “Allow Notification”.

On Apple Watch

  1. Open “Apple Watch” app on your iPhone and tap “My Watch”.
  2. Tap “Notification”. Scroll to “eMO!” and tap.
  3. Turn on “Mirror iPhone alerts”.

  1. Login to “eMO!” and go to “Settings”.
  2. Turn on “Receive Notification”.

Can I receive order alert notifications on Apple Watch?

Yes. You will be able to get order alert notifications from eMO! on your Apple Watch if you have turned on notification on your iPhone and Apple Watch.

Why am I not able to receive push notifications on Apple Watch?

If you are not receiving notifications on your Apple Watch, please take a quick check as follows:

Please check that:

  • Your iPhone is connected to your Apple Watch properly.
  • Your Apple Watch is worn on your wrist with the right fit.
  • Your iPhone is locked or asleep.
  • Notification is turned ON in your iPhone’s settings. You may refer to our instructions to configure the settings.
