Terms & Conditions:

  1. The “Member-Get-Member” Referral Program (“Offer”) is valid from January 28, 2025 to June 30, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Program Period”).
  2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer is only applicable to existing and new clients of Everbright Securities Digital Finance (HK) Limited (“EBSDFHK”) (collectively named as “Clients”). EBSDFHK is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Everbright Securities International Company Limited (“CEBSI”), collectively referred to as “Everbright Securities International” (“EBSI”). EBSI Direct is a service of EBSI.
  1. New clients (“New Clients”) refer to referees who fulfilled the following criteria: (i) did not have an individual or joint trading account maintained with any subsidiaries or associated companies of EBSI in the 12 months prior to the account opening date; (ii) were not beneficial owners of any corporate trading accounts with any subsidiaries or associated companies of EBSI during the aforesaid period as specified in (i) above; (iii) provide all necessary and duly signed documents for account opening during the Promotion Period; and (iv) successfully register through the 'referral link,' complete the account opening process for an individual cash or margin securities account (added based on the Chinese version) in the EBSI GO! app, and deposit at least HK$10,000 into the account during the Promotion Period.
  2. The Offer is not applicable to corporate and institutional clients, staff, or agents of EBSI. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
  3. All account holders under a joint account are considered as one New Client.
  4. The Offer does not apply to referrals of friends or relatives residing in areas outside of Hong Kong.
  5. During the Program Period, existing clients (the “Referrer”) will be eligible for reward upon each successful referral ("Referral Reward") of a New Client (the “Referee”) according to the table below, up to a maximum of 10 referrals.
  6. New Clients who deposit New Funds as outlined in the table below and conduct at least one transaction using the EBSI GO! app during the Promotion Period are qualify for the corresponding Referral reward.

  1. “New Funds” are defined as net value of cash deposits to the New Client’s trading account maintained with EBSDFHK minus the transfer-out value of cash and net assets withdrawn (if any) during the Program Period as per EBSI’s records. New Funds exclude funds from sale proceeds of existing investment portfolio or funds transferred among same name or joint accounts maintained with relevant licensed corporations of EBSI.
  2. The Referee must be a holder of a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
  3. The Referrer must be an Existing Client.
  4. The Referrer undertakes to conduct his or her referral activities in such a manner that any and all such activities shall comply with all applicable laws including but not limited to the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
  5. Each Referee can only be referred by one Referrer.
  6. Referrers cannot refer themselves to become New Clients. Referrers and Referees cannot refer each other to become New Clients.
  7. The Referrer's entitlement to the reward will be subject to EBSI's confirmation of the Referee's fulfillment of the New Funds requirements.
  8. The reward will be credited to the Referrer’s and Referee’s trading account with EBSI in September 2025. At that time, both Clients must still be EBSI clients and have fulfilled all the terms and conditions of the Offer.
  9. EBSDFHK reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. EBSDFHK has the absolute discretion to suspend, modify or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice.
  10. All terms and conditions provided herein are subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  11. All relevant account and transaction information are subject to the records of EBSI.
  12. In case of any dispute, EBSI reserves the right to make the final decision.
  13. In case of conflict or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
