Terms and Conditions

  1. “$1,800 Joyful Welcome Reward Program” (“Offer”) is valid from April 2, 2024 to September 30, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Unless otherwise specified, the offer is applicable to new clients of Everbright Securities Digital Finance (HK) Limited (“EBSDFHK”) (collectively “New Clients” or “the New Client”). EBSDFHK is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Everbright Securities International Company Limited (“CEBSI”), collectively referred to as “Everbright Securities International” (“EBSI”). EBSI Direct is a service of EBSI.
  3. New clients refer to those who fulfilled the following conditions: (i) did not maintain any individual or joint trading accounts with EBSDFHK, Everbright Securities Investment Services (HK) Limited or China Everbright Securities (HK) Limited in the 12-month period before the date of account opening with EBSDFHK ; (ii) successfully opened an individual or joint cash or margin trading account of EBSDFHK via EBSI Direct during the Program Period; and (iii) opened an account online with “welcome” promotion code.
  4. Each new client is only entitled to the Offer once within the promotion period.
  5. Each eligible account will be entitled to receive EBSI Direct cash vouchers (“Voucher”) with a total value of HK$1,800. This will be provided in the form of 12 cash vouchers, each worth HK$150. The voucher will be automatically redeemed when New Client conducts Hong Kong stocks buy or sell transactions on the EBSI Direct platform during the valid period as specified on the voucher. Only one voucher can be used in each month and there is no limit on the transaction amount. The redeemed amount will be credited to New Client’s trading account within one month after the end of the valid period as specified on the relevant
  6. Each voucher has its specified valid period. They shall be void upon expiry. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred.
  7. The offer is applicable to Hong Kong stocks trading only (excluding IPO subscription and gray market trading).
  8. The redeemed vouchers will be deemed invalid if the trading account is closed or pending closure when the cash rebate is to be credited to the trading account.
  9. The New client has to fulfill all the terms and conditions in respect of the Offer at the time when the cash rebate is credited to his/her trading account maintained with EBSDFHK.
  10. The Offer cannot be transferred and exchanged for goods or services of any kind.
  11. Unless otherwise specified, the offer does not apply to any referral by a business partner of EBSI and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offer or account created with a Referrer Code.
  12. The Offer is not applicable to corporate and institutional clients, staff, and agents of EBSI.
  13. EBSI reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. EBSI has the absolute discretion to suspend, modify or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice.
  14. All terms and conditions provided herein are subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  15. All relevant account and transaction information are subject to the records of EBSI.
  16. In case of any dispute, EBSI reserves the right to make the final decision.
  17. In case of conflict or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
