Terms & Conditions:

1. This Promotion is offered by SHKOS, SHKCOM and SHKFX, which operate under the SHKF brand.
2. This Promotion is valid from 1 July to 31 July 2013 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period").
3. This Promotion is only available for new customers (“New Customers”) who do not have an individual, joint or corporate trading account with SHKF on or before 30 June 2013 and have successfully opened either a Securities, Stock Options, Futures, Global Payments or Foreign Exchange account with SHKOS, SHKCOM and/or SHKFX during the Promotion Period.
4. Each New Customer can enjoy a total of up to HK$1,500 commission rebates (i.e., a maximum of HK$1,000 commission rebate for the first new trading account successfully opened via SHK Direct and HK$100 extra bonus in commission rebate for every additional trading account opened for different products).
5. Products which are eligible for commission rebates in this Promotion include Hong Kong securities, Stock Options and Local & Global Futures. Also, buy or sell transactions that are executed via SHK Direct from the date the relevant new trading account(s) is/are opened until 31 August 2013 are eligible trades.
6. Since commission charges are not applicable to Global Payments and Leveraged Forex Trading, New Customers who opened Global Payments or Foreign Exchange account can enjoy the commission rebate only if they have also opened Hong Kong securities, Stock Options and / or Futures trading account(s) during the Promotion Period; and executed buy or sell transactions via SHK Direct in the account(s) from the date the account(s) is/ are opened until 31 August 2013.
7. New CustomeSrs are required to pay the full brokerage commission fees at the time of trading and refunds will be deposited to the relevant account(s) on or before 31 October 2013.
8. To qualify for this Promotion, the relevant account(s) must be valid at the time of the refund.
   
9. New Customers will still be charged with non-brokerage commission fee items, in respect of their buy and sell trade transactions, including, but not limited to, fees for nominee services and all statutory or third party transaction charges, which include, but are not limited to, transaction levies, stamp duty, trading fees and settlement fees where applicable.
10. Though the commission charges and settlement currencies may vary with different Global Futures products (click here for the charge details), the refund amount will be calculated in Hong Kong dollars, and the relevant foreign exchange conversion rate shall be determined by SHKOS, SHKCOM or SHKFX at its sole and absolute discretion.
    
11. Each customer is eligible for the promotion benefits only ONCE, and cannot obtain additional benefits by opening joint or corporate accounts.
12. Corporate and institutional customers, staff and licensed/registered representatives of SHKF and their family members are not eligible for this Promotion.
13. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
14. SHKOS, SHKCOM and SHKFX jointly and severally reserve the right to suspend, amend or terminate this Promotion and amend any of the above terms and conditions, at any time, without prior notification.
15. In case of dispute, SHKOS, SHKCOM and SHKFX jointly and severally reserve the right to make the final decision, which will be binding for all parties concerned.
16. In the case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
